In the evening our restaurant is open to the public, offering a selection of menus that combine traditional Tuscan cuisine with a new sustainable search for flavors and culinary experiences.
We only choose ingredients produced according to the principles of sustainable food, farming and of organic production.
The vegetables come from our organic garden while other products are selected exclusively by producers in the region of Tuscany.

THE BAR
This beautiful space is open all day for our guests offering breakfast, lunch and all day caffetteria and bar service.
Aperitivo is open to external guests every evening from 6pm to 9 pm.

Our delicious breakfast is included with each overnight stay and it is served for guests at the bar.
Every morning our kitchen prepares delicious desserts and savory patties by selecting exclusively fresh local products.
For lunch we offer a menu with a selection of healthy, fresh and light dishes created with selected products of the highest quality.
